Mr. Heier is the founder of Trinidad, and has been with the Company since 1996. He was Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2008, and has been Chair of the Board since June 1998. Mr. Heier has approximately 40 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He has had substantial experience in the oil and gas industry in western Canada since 1976, through his involvement with both exploration and production and oilfield services companies. He has also served on numerous public and private for-profit boards as well as non-profit boards. Mr. Heier's prior career experience includes: - 2012 to 2016 - President and Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Millennium Stimulation Services Ltd., a private oilfield services company that specialized in coiled-tubing fracturing stimulation services - 2007 to 2011 - Co-founder and Chairman of the Board for Alter NRG Corp., a company that provided and pursued alternative clean and renewable energy solutions through plasma gasification - 1997 to 2001 - Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Energy Inc., an oil and gas exploration company from 1987 to 1997.
Cameron Barrett is the Chief Executive Officer of Field Safe Solutions. Previously, Mr. Barrett held several executive positions including Vice President of Government and Carrier Services at Axia FibreNet and President of CSC Canada. Mr. Barrett joined CSC after 15 years as a national and international sales leader within world leading software and technology companies. Mr. Barrett holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University, an MSc(Law) from Abraham Lincoln University and an ICD.D designation from Rotman School of Business. Mr. Barrett has previously served as a Board Member of the Information Technology Association of Canada.
Bill Giese is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Land Services, a company that provides high-quality land services to clients in the areas of energy and infrastructure. Mr. Giese has worked in energy for over 30 years, first in utilities and then as a land man in oil and gas. Mr. Giese sits on the IRWA sub-committee, CRWEF, where he advocates for furthering the education of right of way professionals. Mr. Giese has his SR/WA designation and facilitates several IRWA courses. He is also a member of CAPL and AASLA and is a long-time volunteer with the Calgary Stampede’s Downtown Attractions committee.
Gord Fritz is the President of Accede Energy Services, an integrated energy services company, providing oilfield equipment rentals, fire, safety and medical aid services. Mr. Fritz has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with time spent between supply stores, compression, and production management. Mr. Fritz has been involved in several start-ups in both services and production related.
Craig Croney is the Vice President of Oil Sands Pipelines at Pembina Pipeline Corporation where he is responsible for all performance aspects of the commercial and physical operations of the Oil Sands and Heavy Oil Business Unit. Previously, Mr. Croney served as Director at Hatch where he was responsible for leading the Western Canadian business providing engineering, procurement, and construction management services to the Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Croney holds a B.A.SC in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Eng in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. He also holds an MBA from Queen’s University.
David Eastham is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Castlegate Energy Inc., a private oil and gas exploration and development corporation. Prior thereto, Mr. Eastham was a Director, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer & Secretary of Exoro Energy Inc., a private oil and gas company from 2006 to November 2014. Prior to 2006, Mr. Eastham was Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer & Secretary of Northern Crown Petroleums, Northern Crown Resources Inc. and Tethys Energy Inc. Mr. Eastham has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has led numerous private and public company financings, asset acquisitions & dispositions and corporate sales. Mr. Eastham is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
Ms. Gingrich is a Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, a full-service law firm working with clients around the globe, offering expertise in legal issues affecting all types of industry, government and individual objectives. Sarah practices corporate/commercial law with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border and private equity transactions. Sarah has extensive experience with public and private equity, debt financings and initial public offerings.Sarah also advises companies, directors and shareholders on proxy contests, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and general regulatory compliance matters.
