Calgary, Canada — February 1, 2021 — Field Safe Solutions, Inc., (“Field Safe Solutions“, “Field Safe”, or the “Company“) a global leader in field data capture and EHS solutions that connect at-risk workers and support the digital transformation of their safety experience, announced today that James (Jay) Shanahan has joined the Company as its Chief of Staff, effective immediately.
Mr. Shanahan will be responsible for the alignment and communication of best practices across all departments within the Company.
For over 20 years, Mr. Shanahan has held leadership roles in both private and public organizations. Former positions include Vice President of the Administrative and Supervisory Personnel Association at the University of Saskatchewan where he represented over 4000 employees. He also worked in Sports Management with the University of Saskatchewan Huskies as well as Hockey Canada. Mr. Shanahan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan.
