Mark Marcus is Vice President in the Chief Customer Office at SAP where he helps customers achieve success which will result in a positive reference. Mr. Marcus has served in various senior positions at SAP including National Vice President of Solutions Engineering. Prior to joining SAP, Mr. Marcus was Vice President of Technology Business Unit at Oracle, where he developed Oracle’s North American go-to-market middleware strategy. Mr. Marcus holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
