Tom applies data and analytics to everything he does. This allows him to immediately spot trends that signal when a change in tactics is required. He is dedicated to supporting his team members’ career development and motivating them to deliver the best customer experience possible. Prior to Field Safe, Tom worked in sales and partner management positions with Fox and CW broadcasting networks before moving into technology sales. He was instrumental in the acquisition of several startups (and his own music sharing app) by industry giants Aetna, Dell, and Apple.
