Calgary, Canada — January 1, 2018 — Field Safe Solutions, Inc., (“Field Safe Solutions“, “Field Safe”, or the “Company“) a global leader in field data capture and EHS solutions that connect at-risk workers and support the digital transformation of their safety experience, announced today that Danny Hay has joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Mr. Hay will focus on guiding the Company on its journey to improve the safety of the at-risk worker and create operational efficiencies and lower costs.
Mr. Hay’s previous positions included roles as an officer and director of TSX and TSX-V listed companies. Most recently he was the CFO of an alternative energy Company that sold at a 160% premium to the market price on the TSX. Mr. Hay has also completed numerous M&A transactions ranging from $15 million to $150 million and is on the Board of Directors of the Calgary Foothills Soccer Club. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BComm from the University of Calgary.
