Digital Recovery – a 90-day’s plan

Astonishingly, organizations have made rapid progress in digital adoption in as little as three months. As seen globally, e.g. in the US alone, 75 percent of organizations be remote working or e-learning have already implemented digital transformation and will continue to make use of post-pandemic transformations. This is just the first stage of the process. Decision-makers who want to be successful in digital recovery need to quickly reset their digital agendas to meet customer needs, build up their decision-making systems, and tune their organizational models and tech stacks to operate at the most efficient speed.

McKinsey Digital in their article “The COVID-19 recovery will be digital: A plan for the first 90 days”, has laid out a strategy with four initiatives: refocusing and expanding digital innovation in response to changing consumer needs, leveraging emerging technologies and AI to enhance market processes, selectively modernizing technological resources to accelerate growth efficiency, and increasing or expanding digital innovation in response to evolving customer needs.
