The Ontario Government has collaborated closely with numerous local health and safety groups, including the Transportation Health and Safety Association (IHSA), the Public Sector Health and Safety Association (PSHSA), Occupational Protection North (WSN) and the Workplace Safety Preventive Programs (WSPS).

Here is what you need to know”, the guidelines provided, strongly urge each employer to communicate new policies to staff, by posting them at work or by sharing them via other platforms. In fact, the federal government urges all employers to make risk-based decisions before re-opening, and has developed an electronic resource to assist decision-making.
