Tracy Paddock Beam is CEO and Chief Transformation Officer of Strategic Transformation Partners in Houston, TX. She also currently acts as a communications and business engagement Advisor for America’s second-largest multinational oil and gas company, focused on driving digital innovation to meet the world’s growing demand for ever cleaner, safer, and more reliable energy.
Ms. Paddock Beam is a versatile strategic business transformation and innovation executive. She has assisted Fortune 100 executives in identifying strategic goals and leading complex innovation initiatives that have consistently created industry firsts. In addition, her deep understanding of technology helps industry leaders to make fast, accurate, and risk-reducing decisions for industry-specific life cycles through the strategic introduction of Digital Innovation.
Ms. Paddock Beam gives extensively to many not-for-profit organizations, including as Founder and Leader of UPWARD Women (Houston Chapter), Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas Board Member, Houston Tech Rodeo Planning Committee Member, Lone Star College Advisory Board, and as a volunteer with Rebuilding Together – Houston. Ms. Beam holds a BS in Psychology from Washington State University.
